The real estate arm of MIT, MITIMCo, approached us for the rebranding of One Broadway, a building that hosts a variety of tech companies and start-ups, in conjunction with their ground floor remodeling project.

This logo merges the "1" and "B" into a cohesive icon that captures the spirit of innovation and productivity present in the building.
